Need tweak ADSL 256/64

These are the results.Connection is 256k/64k.
These are the settings in tcp optimizer.
I use router huawei MT882,over LAN.Is these settings that I've applied in tcp optimizer ok?If they aren't,give me the suggestion

Your settings are okay for MTU of 1392.
But why is your MTU so low?
Normal MTU is 1500 for Cable and 1492 or 1480 for ADSL PPPoE.

I know that is low,I think that my ISP is responsibille for that.In my Country one thing is on the paper and other in reality.I'm paying for 256k/64k,but in reality i get 233k/53k.But after years and years on dial up (dial up 1200 (BBC), 2400 14400, 28800, 56 K) this is perfect,for now.As the time pass,the apettite will grown,and then i will take some larger packet.Now in this time,there is 256k/64k,512k/128k,768k/192k packets in offer from all ISP-s in my country.I know that it is funny in order to other countries in Europe(Serbia is in Europe geographicly,but it's not in EU),and for 20€ per moth,you get 256k/64k.
That's how things are in this part of the earth

HAHAHA, believe it or not you are getting the maximum speed allowed for 256/64k ....no connection in the world can get 256 or 512 or 1024, you always lose 10% of your speed, your isp is very good judging from the 233/53 u getting
29kb/s for 256k is the maximum download you will ever see
58k is the maximum for 512
116k maximum for 1024
Enjoy your 256k/64k it's 100 times better than any dialup.
