Heh. I just see too much of an uproar on all 3 sides for this to happen.

While I'm inclined to side with you on that, I'm constantly amazed at what people are willing to put up with in the name of "security" and "safety." All that is needed is the right presentation so that people will be asking for it, and the rest will take care of itself.

It's gonna take something bigger than 9/11 for that to happen.

United Nations map plans have the world broken up into 10 regions.

The ten horns attributed to the beast in Revelations, are these ten regions.

( duh, I know --another conspiracy theory )..

Dunno....that's 7 more than what Orwell's future proposed. Are you sure about that?

The League of Nations, which was originally comprised of ten nations, was a prototype of the coming Council of Ten. This was the first phase of regionalism.

GREAT TRIBULATION / GOLDEN AGE

* Ten world regions will initially be ruled by ten kings.

And the ten horns ..are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. - Rev.17:12-13

Cool. However I've never put much faith into Revelations and imho, it probably shouldn't have been included in the New Testament.

I haven't had much time to catch the news in the past few days, but where in that article you posted does it claim that the congressmen find Cuba to be some sort of Utopia?
