Your getting blue screens on the Xbox or the PC or is that just some thing that tells you your lagging in the xbox games?
Are you hosting games or just joining them?
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ Do a speedtest there, pic a location near you and report the results.
When your playing the xbox are you downloading anythign on the PC like torrents and stuff?

no the computers normally off whne im on live, the blue screen is on the tv while im playing in the middle of a game, and its both when im joining a custom game and in matchmaking games.. so this site will test my speed on my computer?

Well thats more than fast enough for gaming.
When you play a game, is there a way to tell if your joining a game hosted near you or if its like in the UK?

Are you plugged directly into the cable modem, just one at a time Xbox or PC, or are you behind a router? What router if ya are.
