In no way am i posting this to start a flame war, only posting it to have people think.

Got these from very close friends and thought about it and decided to share it here.

-----NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION

Somebody said this was probably the best e-mail he'd seen in a
long, long time. The following has been attributed to State Rep
Mitchell Aye from GA. This guy should run for President one day...

"We the sensible people of the United States, in an
attempt to help everyone get along, restore some
semblance of justice, avoid more riots, keep our
nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the
blessings of debt-free liberty to ourselves and our
great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more
time to ordain and establish some common sense
guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden,
delusional, and other liberal bed-wetters. We hold
these truths to be self evident: that a whole lot of
people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so
dim they require a Bill of NON-Rights."


ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big
screen TV, or any other form of wealth. More power to
you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing
anything.


ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be
offended. This country is based on freedom, and that
means freedom for everyone -- not just you! You may
leave the room, turn the channel, express a different
opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and
probably always will be.


ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from
harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to
be more careful, do not expect the tool manufacturer
to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.


ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and
housing. Americans are the most charitable people to
be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we
are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation
after generation of professional couch potatoes who
achieve nothing more than the creation of another
generation of professional couch potatoes. (This one
is my pet peeve...get an education and go
to work....don't expect everyone else to take care of you!)


ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health
care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public
housing, we're just not interested in public health care.


ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically
harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally
maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest
of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.


ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the
possessions of others. If you rob, cheat, or coerce
away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be
surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you
away in a place where you still won't have the right
to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.


ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to a job. All
of us sure want you to have a job, and will gladly
help you along in hard times, but we expect you to
take advantage of the opportunities of education and
vocational training laid before you to make yourself
useful. (AMEN!) (AMEN, AGAIN)


ARTICLE IX: You do not have the right to happiness.
Being an American means that you have the right to
PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot easier if
you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic
laws created by those of you who were confused by the
Bill of Rights.


ARTICLE X: This is an English speaking country. We
don't care where you are from, English is our
language. Learn it or go back to wherever you came
from! (lastly....)


ARTICLE XI: You do not have the right to change our
country's history or heritage. This country was
founded on the belief in one true God. And yet, you
are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any
faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution.
The phrase IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our
heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable with it,
TOUGH!!!!

My wife, **********, wrote a wonderful letter to the editor of the OC
Register which, of course, was not printed. So, I decided to "print" it
myself by sending it out on the Internet. Pass it along if you feel so
inclined.

Written in response to a series of letters to the editor in the Orange
County Register:
Dear Editor:

So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is
made up of immigrants. Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear
down the Statute of Liberty because the people now in question aren't
being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and
other ports of entry.

Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like
Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of
immigrant any longer.

Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to
the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long
line in New York and be documented. Some would even get down on their
hands and knees and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the
laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made
learning English a primary rule in their new American households and
some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.

They had waved good bye to their birth place to give their children a
new life and did everything in their power to help their children
assimilate into one culture. Nothing was handed to them. No free
lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them. All they had were
the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a
future of prosperity.

Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out. My
father fought along side men whose parents had come straight over from
Germany, Italy, France and Japan. None of these 1st generation
Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had
come from.
They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo.

They were defending the United States of America as one people.
When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the
French-American or the German American or the Irish American. The
people of France saw only Americans. And we carried one flag that
represented one country. Not one of those immigrant sons would have
thought about picking up another country's flag and waving it to
represent who they were. It would have been a disgrace to their parents
who had sacrificed so much to be here.

These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American. They
stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl.

And here we are in 2006 with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same
rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a
different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a
guarantee of being faithful to their mother country. I'm sorry,
that's not what being an American is all about.

I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early
1900's deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and
sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has
become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life. I think
they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those
waving foreign country flags.

And for that suggestion about taking down the Statute of Liberty, it
happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration
bill. I wouldn't start talking about dismantling the United States just
yet.

I did not see it as whinny but will think about it and reply after i see it through your eyes.

I was with it until I read the insult to half the county as well as what I might guess to be half the military.

Reading it through my eyes might be kinda tough if you don't know me very well.

I didn't mean for my post to be insulting to anyone. It's just that I see a lot of this anymore.

That is why i posted it as food for thought, i read it with an open mind and said what a better place to post it then here.

Yes you are so true i can not digest it unless i know you very well. But i can keep an open mind and take your comments and digest it and then reply with an open mind.

In no way is your post or mine i hope inuslting in anyway, yes we see so much of this right now that it blindsides so many people into believing it.

Ok more of a breakdown. Them new articles have been around for a while and really, how can you disagee with the principle of them? My question is really, why make such drama? Looks like it was only drafted to inflame. People know that if they break laws...they get sent to prison..and on and on. Personally, for some of them, I think things need fixed. How? I don't have all the answers.

Yes i know they have been around for a while.

Excellent question about how we fix the problem, it goes back to interperation of anything.

We could be best of friends read the exact samething and understand it differently. Now we will have so many outsiders saying how can you read the exact samething and understand it differently, we are humnans and will stand behind our thoughts. Which we are back to square one against where i am at now.

Oh yes the second one is dead on but think of this point are we being bias, due to being Americans when let me say it right the United States is the Land of Free?

Sir I dont care of what your wife had to publish or not to publish but you know what like Vietnam your going to lose this war as well and you know why because of all the coatch potatoes at home that take everything in the media for granted, you are the most unbelievable arrogant people I've ever met because you have never won a war since the war of independance.

Not a single one. You know what youre even losing your interior war between races in your country. Because your letting everyone and anyone imigrate to your country and the average American is having less and less children except for imigrants they have more and more children and in 20 years from now they will take over your government not because of strength but just because of shear numbers.

When will you stop your arrogancy and start realising that even in the second world war you did not achieve mutch because the war were almost won before your polititians decided to get involved when all the other countries lost thousands of bravemen already and all of a sudden your the hero's.

You know the media is everytime your downfall. Because your the only country where the media are so free. Media freedom is going hand in hand with everything that is wrong in the world they always know exactly where and when a bomb will explode and then they want to cover it as media freedom but it is costing innocent people theyr lives.

So please wake up world not only America. Everybody needs to wake up and start thinking for themselves. Before you make any statement about a country that you know nothing about go to that country and try to understand theyr customs and culture because you have no clue about what your talking about.

Sir have you ever in your life been faced with your throught being cut. I bet you no. Have you ever been hijacked and shot through the face and still fought your way out of it. I bet you no. So sir before you open your mouth again about something even a lot of your own police dont know anything about and your forces dont know a lot about if I see how they do house to house surching then I wonder why only so litlle of them are killed.

I have the biggest respect for some of your soldiers because I have made wonderfull friends in the forces but it worries me if they do not recieve the support that they need from home and I can see the same happening as that that happened in Vietnam.

America will lose the war against what they call terrorism now but when they had to calll the ANC terrosists they were all of a sudden freedom fighters.

You see Sir one mans Terrorist is anothers freedom fighter that is why this is sutch a fine line to tred on.

A war of terror is a low intecity long stretched out affair. That does not cost the terrorist a lot of money but those that apposes it will have uncontrolable expences because it will never end. It will only escelate.

Why because of injustices world wide. Socially and political. Fraud and cultural differences etc. Inballances in education etc.

There will always be something that the agents of terror can utelise.

To all Mod's before you remove and ban Killercat he is one of the Coalition Forces with me from South Africa.

It might show up as the same IP as we are sharing the same VSAT system.

He was interested in my post and wanted to voice his opinion, he is learning the system right now.

If there are doubts i will give YOSC or Bouncer rights to my PC and let him check it to make sure i am not trying to start anything here.

He is a great man with his thoughts just like all of us here.

He was involved in the bush wars in his country and went through the samething that is happening here.

I understand the humor and the anger in the first part of the post, yet, really, I wonder if some of it isn't misguided.

First, we must accept that the Republicans have control of both Houses of Congress and the Presidency. They have all the control and power.

If there is ANY debt piling up, its because the promises they made to us about fiscal responsibility were broken.

If there are limits on what you can see on TV, or listen to on the radio, it's because the Republican FCC has decided that Howard Stern and "Saving Private Ryan" are indecent.

If there are limits on funding for the truly needy, such as Military amputees, who can't get the care and medicine they need and deserve, it's because the Republicans decided that wasn't as important as a tax cut for people making 500K a year or more.

If you find the shoe searches at airports to be a ridiculous boondoggle and of dubious value, then it is the Republicans you must thank, for declaring that unarmed 65 year old nuns and Medal of Honor winners are so dangerous they must be treated as if they were explosive.

If you want a debt free country, please ask the Republicans to stop borrowing a billion dollars a day from the Chinese and fund the war legitimately, and not on the backs of your children.

If you want ethical government, please ask the Republicans to stop selling themselves like two bit prostitutes to every special interest and large corporation on the planet.

Do you see where this is heading? REAL republicans, Reagan Republicans, Republicans for small gov't, fiscal responsibility and an ethical way of life... they've been sold out, utterly and completely by the "Republicans" in power.
