I need help PLEASE!

Hey guys and gals! Long time no post! I am having a combo hardware/software problem so I am posting here. I am trying to get my Dell Axim x5 to sync and stuff and it won't! It connescts then immediately drops the sync. I have update active sync and messed wityh firewall settings and it wont stay connected! I need help.

I had to do a hard reset on the Axim. I thought of that last night but I couldnt remember how to do it.

Hope you like the Axim. That's the same one my girlfriend got, seems like a good model
