Recommend a motherboard

I recently won a Intel Pentium D 805 2.66GHZ Dual Core EM64T LGA775 and have no ideas as to what a decent mobo would be for this cpu.

From what I've found the Asus P5P800 SE would be a good choice matched with the Arctic Cool Freezer 7 Pro.
Not sure if I'm gonna o.c it much though.

I would like an AGP mobo as with my limited budget, can't afford to buy a new pci vid card. Plus I've got a 9800Pro sitting here.

I've got the ram, case, psu, h.d.
This will probably only be used as a back-up and folding machine. Any ideas/ suggestions would be appreciated.

Lewis.

I think that board would be fine. So long as you stick to Asus, DFI, Gigabyte, etc. (companies that make quality products) and you go with an Intel/nVidia/ATi chipset, then you'll be fine.
