My upload cap is 128kbps, i always go above that! But check this out:

I just ran the test and got 1800 down and 365 up. I live in Chaska, MN, 55318. My caps are 2000/386... I took this during peak time.

Banshee....my very slow upload is 800kbps...

(but right now it is at 400 thanks to Shaw still not fixing my prob)

How do you guys manage to get that kindda speed? I'm stuck at like 115k/sec down.

Some are just lucky. It all depends on your provider and area. What are your caps?
