Intel Pentium 4 640 800MHz FSB LGA 775 EM64T Processor and Windows Vista?

Will the processor work well with Windows Vista when it comes out and how much is Windows Vista going to cost for an upgrade?
Should be a good enough processor, just make sure you have at least 512MB of RAM.
It'll cost too much like all the others.
