SG Broadband Community

I was wondering if someone could tell me if this is normal. just recently my sygate icon has had a solid blue down arrow and im constantly getting incoming packets. Even when im not doing anything. The 3 things that are going thru the firewall are: NT Kernel and System, Generic Host Process for Win32 Services, and my AVG E-mail scanner. even if i click block all it still shows that im receiving something. is that bad? i have current avg and 7 spyware programs on my computer. nothing has been found.
