try all of the F Keys, one of them is bound to be it..
there aren't that many keys to try out altogether

Most Toshi's are Esc or F1..depending on the model
However...NT 4...FYI a quick Google and you can find little Linux boot disks which allow you to reset the passwords easily...save yourself some time.

Oh...a Novell login...heh...change to a local workstation login...then uninstall the Client32 for Novell Networks...you don't want that client for a computer not connected to a Novell server.

Format it with win2k pro if there is no critical data.
