The server downtime this morning has been caused by NOC maintenance, here's the latest info I have:

Tonights Maintenance is currently running longer then expected. Our Senior
Engineers and Cisco Engineers are currently working to resolve the issue.

We will update you when resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Once again thank you for your patience.

BtN will be performing an emergency maintenance to upgrade one of their core
routers. Some latency and intermittent outages may occur as paths are
automatically rerouted during this time.

This maintenance has been scheduled as a result of recent outages on the BtN
backbone. BtN expects this memory upgrade to substantially increase the
performance of the BtN backbone.

This maintenance has been completed.

We have been assured by our engineers that all services have been restored
and no other outages are planned. Because of the issues encountered durning
this maintenance we have opened ticket # FT 21709 to continue tracking
progress of the repairs made.
