does quality ram increase fps in games?

does quality of ram by itself increase frame rates in games even if timings and cas are same..for instance
say i have cheaper type kingston 512 ram with 2225 timings 2 cas and i bought the more expensive corsair xms 512 with same timings and everything...would it actually get better frame rates? if so how specifically/technically
