P4 3.2 Appeared as 2.8

Hi guys,
I just recently bought a SFF, Skyhawk IMC6375(http://www.extremeoverclocking.com/revi ... 375_1.html) and a P4 3.2Ghz chip. When I pop the chip in, it shows up as 200Mhz x 14 = 2.8Ghz. As far as i know, the 3.2's should be running @ 200Mhz x 16, however there are no settings concerning the Multiplier. I've tried reseting the CMOS, re-flash the BIOS with the latest firmware, still no luck
According to the manual, it supports up to 3.4Ghz, so there shouldn't be an compatability issue.
Any advice??
Thanks!
Chris
