scan PC for hardware info

VWAZZUP! anyone know of software that you can run an IP address and find what hardware is on it? (in your own network)

I need something I dont have to install on all PC's. If I put an IP address of a box on the network, it will tell me info about it.
Something like languard- but I need it to give me hardware info. langard is pretty cool software BTW.

hmmm off the top of my head this is the only other thing I can think of, but I dont believe it covers hardware. That said perhaps it can still be of some use to you.

Yes, but most require permission to log in and read registry and other info.

could work in a workgroup..not sure
