A LAN Messenger?

The AIM topic got me thinking that I need to tap into the knowledge base here.

Anyone know of a good LAN chat program? I have a need for one, and let me describe what I'm trying to get at.

Must be capable of point to point chat with multiple participants in different subnets. Must have file transfer capability. Must have remote desktop sharing capability. Must be encrypted.

Optional: Voice, Video, Whiteboarding etc.

Basically, I want a newer version of Netmeeting which doesn't require a directory server and is XP compatible.

You guys use or have heard of anything that fits this bill?

Regards,

Hmmmm...tough one. You might look into GnomeMeeting.

There really wasn't any competition to netmeeting..... :(

Netmeeting would work.. but its community has died down.. hard to find any ILS servers to talk to people on. I've searched and only found a few but most of em are full of fake addresses for spam/porn.
