Any idea what this is?

IE 3.0 RegSvr schannel.dll I found this lurking in my processes the other day and was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is. I did a search on Google but it didn't tell me much. I am running win 98 I've never seen it before.

Thanks I knew I'd find an answer at SpeedGuide and yes it is time for an upgrade.
