JUST last night I was joking how they are gonna make a small ticker and put nearly full screen commercials...

OMG, I just looked and that is the nastiest thing I have ever saw. If I actually used it I would be mad.

Get used to it. In the VERY near future that's how all advertising will reach your TV screen. No more fast-forwarding (VCR/PVR/DVR/TIVO) through commercials. You will watch near full-time commericals at the bottom of your screen.
