You said be more specific.
here is a file on the acceptable registry entries for Win95 Win98 Win98SE & WinME
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q158/4/74.ASP?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=0
The win98 patch from here works just fine but we need more In-form-a-tion
like how do you connect with Cable, DSL or DSL PPPoE this can make a difference.
almost of everything in WinME is the same as Win98 there both built around the sme Kernal.
There are some small differences that I have found but not to many in the connection part of the OS.
You can also use the Speedguide web patch to speed up IE.
Well as soon as you get the other infomation about the type of connection we can go even farther into this.
There is a little more that goes into it than just the one patch.
One thing you should find out is your MTU so go to this page to get more on that...

Have a great day and I hoped this helped

Forget about BBW, just install the 98 patch and if u need help, post on this forum. No need to pay $20 for something a reg patch will do for free.

Kn1gm, you can follow these advices, or, for eventual $19.95, you can install BBW from
www.broadbandwizard.net/ and let it figure out automatically your settings, for any Windows. It will measure your connection speed as well, for the same money. The company has good techsupport, although the gizmo is easy to figure out and use.
