Looks like it's trying to run that spyware at startup, but it is no longer there. Try going into msconfig and removing it from start up.

delete everything out of the registry run keys that you don't need
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
and just in case check
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnceEx
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
and just in case check
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnceEx

I have it ALMOST fixed at this time. I am having one other small problem.
Upon launching ... when the desktop is ALMOST up ... the C:\WINDOWS\system32 window pops up. Is there a way to not have this happen? Does anyone know why this is doing this?
