Distress Call - McAfee Quick Clean Lite?

After running this program, ALL my true type fonts have disappeared and will not stay install. Can anyone give me a little insite into how to correct the problem. I am preparing to reinstall SP2 but want to get input before taking such a radical step.

Turns out that McAfee deleted an entry in the reigstry whic deals with True Type Fonts. I re-entered the Registry entry and loaded the fonts and things seems to be normal. Except that McAfee is being installed again (not my choice).
