not spyware. It's rainlender and puts a calendar on your desktop, that's it.

strokeit (my fav program and it only takes up about 600kb of memory)
picasa (4megs and intercepts and catalogs digital camera images)
sygate firewall pro (yes, I purchased it 4 years ago and they continue to support me)

the other hard drive is only about a week old, haven't decided what is going where. Plus, I'm getting another 200gig and a 40gig external in the near future.

I take it you've run AdAware SE to make sure of that? Just looks exactly like the Gator program.
