Best power supply for the dollar

I need a power supply for a system I'm building. Although not the largest of systems, I do intend to overclock and need a powerful power supply. However, I'm on a tight buget. Any ideas?

enermax or antec, but if you have the money you can't beat a PC power and cooling power supply i hear.
