heres my problem

it doesnt matter if im usuing my pc or not the egg timer next to my mouse pointer is always flashing

casn anyone advise me please on how to stop this ???

If your mouse pointers are just messed up you can check it under mouse properties in control panel. If something is always running in the background I would check for spy-ware, ad-ware, or a virus. If you open task manager you may be able to figure out what program it is and kill the process to be sure.
