I may have bee wrong about SETI after all, cuz after seeing this video, SETI has a damn point. Aliens exist my friend, and this aint no goverment test, this SH!T is for real, gave me the creeps just looking at it. Whats worse is that it happened right here in NYC

if there were really aliens on earth i'm sure more people would have heard about it, and that video doesn't even look that real. just my opinion, but it would take some strong evidence to prove to me that there are aliens anywere in the vacinity of hte earth.

I'm not saying its DEFINATELY not real, but it woldn't be hard to pull off a realistic effect like that with a bit of computer and video knowledge. Besides, they still use the oldest trick in the book....CRAPPY VIDEO. With all of the "sightings" that go on, its a wonder that nobody with a Digital Beta or even a Canon XL-1 has captured something like that, its always on a vhs tape that looks like its been sitting in a hot car for 8 years.

I don't believe there are aliens.
Theres not even one shred of evidence worth believing.
That video Prey showed was crappy quality, and barely visible.

I've seen plenty of UFO videos, both very realistic and extremely fake, and that's the closest and most realistic one that I have seen. Gave me the HibeeGibees

. Can't expect everyone to own a high quality camera, it just looked to real to be fake. Plus they were in a freakin high rise apt. building and it just didn't seem as if there was any SW editing involved.

Prey, what about Military craft?
I don't believe in Aliens but the US Military on the other hand...you never know what they are up to.
It would seem ridiculous to fly a top-secret military craft in NYC. Thats like saying "look at me NYers...I can flyyyyy"

With all the Area 51 sightings, its no doubt the military is up to something...

Holy crap! That was awsome video! I totaly believe aliens. There are millions and billions of galaxies/planets, there HAS to be other life SOMEWHERE. That thing in the video almost came through their window!

Damn Banshee, thanx, i was beginning to think that I was the only crazy one on the boards

. Doubt its anything military, no way would the GOV test out something like that in one of the most heavily populated cities in the world, next to a high rise apartment building in the middle of the day.

Why not? Noone would expect them to, so noone would believe it was them

Anyhow, I dunno if it's real or not, it doesn't look too hard to fake (especially after seeing Independence Day...).

I guess there's life out there SOMEWHERE, the only question that matters is "will we ever meet them". At the current level of science, it seems rather impossible.

if there are aliens we will never see them because the universe is sooo huge and it takes light years to travel from one galaxy to another

Hey Strider, are you so naive to assume, that if there are aliens, that they haven't been making there way towards esrth all this time? You make it sound as if Aliens just cam into existence. If there are aliens, i'm sure that they have been around long enough to have made there way to earth by now, don't ya think?
