I have a static IP. Who gave this IP to me? My ISP? I have several real and web accounts, most of them recognize me even before I type in my pword. Can I change my IP and register as a new user or if I change my PC IP, I will have to regester anew everywhere else and get a new name/pword?

I access this site from 3 or 4 different areas a day so I know I probably have like 5 or 6 ip's on record at least huh? I'm just curios, not planning on getting banned anytime soon just nosey.

the site doesn't keep a running track of each individual ip in a history? it just looks at one day at a time? hmmm. thats odd. seems like it would have a database somewhere where it would store all ip's under a username.
