Completely unrelated, let's say i wish to dispose of ~200 lbs of organic matter, how would I go about it. it would be convenient if it was never found.

Chain link fence into the ocean. Gives the fishies enough room to peck at it, and heavy enough to prevent anything from rising to the surface. :D
