Is it true that Sympatico HSE is increasing their advertised upload speeds from 120 to 320???
They claim the transition will occur bwteen June - July 31/03
It's already August and my upload speeds still remain @ 102 =/

Yes it is true. Your line may not qualify for the increased speed though, and if you have a Nortel modem you will not get the speed increase.

even if you have nortel, you still have a chance of being upgraded. because co servers that still use nortel modems need to be completely upgraded which will take more time. I had a nortel modem, but when it stopped working one day, I called 310-surf and they arranged to have a new modem shipped to me, and when I got it my speeds became 1500/320, acutally even faster than that sometimes. so just give them a call.
