What is/are the best tutorial site(s) for programming/scripting (especially vbscripts, javascript, visual basic, c++, java, php, pearl, cgi, html, sql, etc...)? Which site(s) contain(s) the most languages for which they provide tutorials for? Which site(s) contain the most thorough tutorials?
