For those interested in celestial events, there will be a lunar eclipse on Thursday evening, 11:13 eastern daylight time....
If you've never seen one, they're a pretty cool thing to see

"Eclipses once helped prove the Earth is round, because its shadow on the moon is curved. "
Does anyone know if any of the planets will be visible at this time? I know last time I saw a lunar eclipse you could see Saturn near by.
Thanks

If I get any good ones. I don't have any experience with this scope. I might play a little tonight to practice...

This is the first one visible in North America in 3 years. There is another one later this year too.
