SG Broadband Community

Anyone know of a good program to use? I tried Adobe Premiere but it just confused the hell out of me, not to mention it's not free.. has something like a 30-day trial on it. What I need is a linear digital editing program that can handle mpegs/avis/wmvs, etc and not be too complicated, for example Mac's included iMovie. Real simple, a dumbass could make something great come out of it with a little bit of effort.

I aspire to be that dumbass, so lay it on me.

movie maker version 2 has been out for a couple months. you can try that, it's good because it is already integrated with windows, just need to download the version 2 update.

it has some pretty nice transition effects too
