Actually their primary purpose is to relieve pain, basically a natural analgesic ones body releases to help manage times of stress the body may be under.

when my wife gets pregant, she doesnt like sex.

period.

I use porn during these downtimes to avoid building up bad feelings against her.

During our ten years together, there have been other times when she's grown distasteful of sex because of things that have happened.

using porn during those 'down' times have helped me keep a loving and tender relationship with her by releasing my own needs that temporarly cant be satisfied by her.

David.....The post had some good points....

Nothing that will influence my personal experiences (Both in my own relationship and others..)....

Sex is like every other issue in a marriage, it needs to be nurtured...enhanced and maintained!

After making love to the same lady for over 20 yrs....I can honestly say, there is no difference in the passion and enthusiasm put foward by either participant. We have never had the need to involve ourselves with Porn..We also know many people in the same boat!. ;)

As a matter of fact I do believe in many areas it has gotten better...We are far too often like rabbits..Stop the car on a back road, sneak into the bathroom when no ones watching, high miler club..Etc,Etc...LOL!!.

Now I'm not going into this issue in *Great Balls Of Fire* Details.. ;) ..I can say, my wife is multi orgasmic, to the point of extreme numbers in a love making session, as high as 30 in 45 minutes..I'm talking leg shaking, can't hardly move afterwards experiences..

Enough!.. :)

I will ask those of you that do require the Pornography to become stimulated......??

At what time factor after your marriage did you find yourselves needing this...How many years into your marriage...How Long Did It Take for something that was *Once There* to go away..??

Cheers :) Spice

I do feel that this is an individual thing. However, I do agree with Spicer on this one. If the passion dissipates in the relationship, it is important to look at the reasons and to be willing to heal that aspect of the relationship.

Another factor is the individuals attitude and feelings about sex and being totally open with their partner. I have a friend who is so afraid to open up sexually to her man. She is in therapy to help deal with the issues at hand. When she was growing up, her mother was always pounding in her head about how sex is bad for you. That was her mother's way of keeping her daughter from even getting slighty curious.

As far as pregnancy is concerned, when I was pregnant with my son, I wanted to have sex until the day I went into labor. Again, this is an individual situation. I do feel that the factor is the level of estrogen vs progesterone during that 9 month time frame. Not every pregnancy is the same.

There are so many viewpoints on this topic of which I totally understand where you all are coming from. This, however, IMHO.

Zooner.....I don't know you, what you're like or how you treat the Lady..??

I do know this....I'm 48 yrs old, my wife, who I love more than life itself is 40 yrs old....

Don't go thinking we have any different apparatus than you or anyone else in this forum....*We Don't*.. ;)

I could care less about Size,Quantity,Appearances....Yada Yada!!

You start out by placing some 400 softly touched kisses (Those almost touching mostly breathing type..LOL!) between the ankles and the glory spot of a willing recipient..Then get to the spot and Drop Down as a tease to the other leg and do the exact same thing 400 more lightly spoken kisses...LOL!!....

I gotta tell ya Mountains Move, Moons Lose There Focus, Fireworks Shoot of the Bedroom walls...Yoe!!....Butcha don't stop there...No No...You keep that rush happnin....Don't stop till they beg for lust....LOL!!

Now I'm not going into this any further....I will say, you take the time, consideration and search the knowledge of Spots,Pressure Points and Erotic Zones....You can throw your Sex Organs aside for quite awhile in this particular heat wave....Let your fingers do the walkin....Yoe!!

As I said....I am not any better equipped than anyone, I have no special tools to qualify....I do have the Care and Consideration of the Lady I Love more than anything in my heart and I am at any time a totally willing participant in proving that point!

Ya'll focus on the films yoe.....I'll focus on the high points..LOL!!

Cheers Zooner ;) Spice.....*Getting With The Program*.. ;)

If a person doesn't properly investigate different religions or give it a chance I would tend to agree. Religious people are no more perfect then anyone else. If a non-believer lets a religious person turn them away because that religious person or church they attended did something wrong then they arent trying hard enough IMO.

Giving up on it due to a human beings reaction or response misses the point.

Anyway, that went off topic, but I had to address your response. :)

jeffrey dahmer also blamed porn for his habit of oh i dunno killing young men then eating them

and its also a copout to blame porn on the decline of a marriage for goodness sake, people need to look a little deeper into the relationship itself without blaming outside influence or something as silly as porn

and p.s.

Calling people involved in porn the scum of the earth is extremly judgemental

Like Marxism is the opiate of the intellectuals.... ;)

Rouse,

There is nothing wrong with religion, per se. It is those whose machinations bend minds toward evil that are malevolent. I apologize for utilizing the most tired example of evil and mass mind manipulation, but Hitler.... Did he use religion to forge his population into "The Aryan Race" who were destined to rule the planet? Was it the promise of riches that drove the Mongolian Horde across Asian and into Europe or was it faith?

At this point in time, religion has been replaced by television with Barry Diller, Ruppert Murdoch and their ilk as your pantheon of self made gods.

Evil people hide behind religion, not the other way around.

I had seen porn are relatively harmless myself, until I began to read into the mechanisms of the sex trade. It was not from some right wing source that it first caught my eye. There are some seriously evil people in the field, more so than good.
