opinions?
Giving it a try now. Don't really see a difference, but I didnt expect to. Its not like 32bit FF was slow on an i7.

I love being on the dev channel for Chrome. Read articles about new version 11 and 12 or so while im sitting on 19. Though since the last dev update Ive had some issues with it and sites hosting images in flash frames, hopefully thats fixed quick.

Yardo, can you have the Dev Channel installed alongside the stable channel without conflicts?

no it overwrites, but the dev channel is stable. That issue with is the only one I've had in over a year being on the dev channel.

FireFox 12 Final is released..
REMINDER: Do the custom install cause it wants to install some Maintenance Update utility for silent update service and I DO NOT WANT. I'm sure others here would likely agree so just do the custom and watch for it during the install.

WB, Sava. Thanks for the warning. I may let it go because I have numerous machines to update and no longer have the desire to go to each machine and update individually.

You can find some ADM files out there to allow you to control and manage Firefox deployments and....updates.

The thing I saw was when I clicked on help I saw it update on it's own. If that is any help.
