Installed, configured, still the same.

I think the question now is, whether the reading I got from the analyzer really reflects to how the performance of my cable is? With my RWIN reading as such, is the system really configured as such? How could I confirm besides the analyzer that the RWIN that I set in the registry works or not? Maybe the analyzer is unable to read my RWIN properly, but could it be that the RWIN is still working as what I set in the registry?

Well, it could be a problem since the analyzer reads what you send out and it's clearly a small package or something is interfering.

Any program to check what I sent out? I think that is the best way to crack this problem...

If my RWIN reading is so bad(1460), why am I still getting a 100KB/s plus download? Analyzer not working properly?

are you in dual boot ?

Did i ask you if you have hub or router ??

Only win98se.. no router or hub. Direct cable connection.
