So I think the question is...how would you like them cooked if you had to eat them?

Usually thats how Rocky Mountian Oysters are cooked. Beef or lamb. Makes no difference.

Only it don't tast like mushrooms, dude. lol

Pretty meaty. If they are old, way to tough so you get the youngings......less than 4 months. A year old is starting to get tough but a couple of them feeds a family. LOL
