Window Blinds 5.1 part of the ObjectDesktop suite. You can find everything you need here. I'm running a seperate program called SysMetrix on the bottom left. It's fully customizable to suite an individuals needs. Butt loads of skins as well.

You can purchase the whole ObjectDesktop Suite for around $49.** on-line. Love it, love it, love it.
