BTW, thats not a pic of me.
and i am 6'4.5" and 303lbs. not exactly svelte, but not hiderance, either. unless you think cramming myself into a thong-speedo a hinderance

Well Humbolt I thought I should let u know that your not the only SG er over 20 and under 200.
Me, 47, 5'11", 185 lbs, and 11.5% body fat,
started working out the first of the year and have lost 29 lbs and 12.5% body fat.
