Both the Iraqis I met and the Peruvian guards thought it was very very cool.
Some of the the Iraqis were just plain open-jawed amazed. They'd never actually seen it snowing all around them. To a lot of them this was pretty clearly a sign from Allah/God. Not judging that, just stating an observation. So we were all teaching them how to catch snowflakes on their tongue.
