Sharing internet error, HELP NEEDED

whenever i go to share my dial-up internet i get this error in the screeny.

iv never gotten it before and have treied looking for a fix, but cant find one. My network works fine, i can see other computers, and they can see me.

How do i get rid of this error?

typed in "error 123" at google and came up with this:
