I keep getting this message when i load up my pc and i cant use my bluetooth dongle

any ideas ??

Has it ever worked? If so, what is different since it last did?

That is the bluetooth utility from Widcomm. I'd probably try uninstall/reinstall that app.

Did you happen to install SP2? Several weeks after I installed SP2 I started to have problems with BlueTooth. I uninstalled SP2 and reinstalled the drivers. Maybe this will help.
