Sympatico Ultra HSE help

Hi I have a question about the Sympatico Ultra HSE. I have this service and the speeds they claim are 3500/768 or something very similar to that. I however am not getting anywhere near that. My speeds after being tested on numerous bandwidth meters during off peak times are between 780/20 and 980/100... Do I need to do some registry tweaking in order to get that extra speed or what? I'm basically getting the same speed as the normal sympatico HSE. I do know that I have an Ultra HSE account because I checked in the mycare page or account info page or whatever its called. And they are billing me the 70 bucks it costs. So whats the problem here? Any help appreciated.

Sounds like you are on regular DSL and not Ultra.

I just upgraded to the Ultra service. Some site will not show speed over 1Mbps. How did you do your speed test? Try this site and see what you get: http://www.toast.net/performance/

I use the Ultra to play C&C Generals, my connection drops once in a while, not very stable.
