    Unhappy Microsoft Word Macros?

    Does anyone know how to write a clear all fields or reset fields macro for Microsoft Word?

    I suck with VBA and Macros I would like the macro to work just like a Reset button on an html form , just it will be embedded in a Word doc.

    I'll send the file upon request

    Thanks

    Try this:

    Code:
    Sub Clear_all_fields()

    ActiveDocument.Fields.Update

    End Sub
    It seems semantically unintuitive that "update" would clear a field, but that is exactly what this macro will accomplish
