    Spybot

Does anyone have an opinion on the freeware Spybot Search & Destroy?

I know that for free I have no right to nitpick it, but should I use it or some thing else?

Any opinions, + or - are appreciated.

and it is a utility, by all means. you did post in the right place. differant folks always hang out in differant forums.

I just noticed that there was a lot of info on what you're looking for, with the people who seem to hang out in security.

Hi zooner, I did find a lot of good info in security, and I do appreciate the input.

Have you tried any of the freeware/shareware stuff? If so, what's good. I don't mind paying for it as long as I can road test it first.

    Thanks.

    i should be...

I own sygate firewall, but it kept crashing on me. So, for right now i'm just using a router. I've been busy learning a number of things, so I dont have the brain left for it.

If you find anything good, please let me know.
