Question Killing dialup adapter and its TCP/IP - VPN portocls

I run Windows98 Lite Micro installation and connect to the internet via 512/256 ADSL, I also have a modem installed that is just used for fax. My question is how do I stop Windows from installing the dialup adapter and its TCP/IP - VPN protocols? I've tried deleting them, but Windows just puts them back when it restarts. Is there a registry hack or something that will stop this?

    Thanks

    Chris

Tch! What a twit, didn't think of that, just deleted them and expected it to stay that way. BTW didn't need to disable the modem

    Thanks
