    I suggest the following for both:

    DefaultReceiveWindow = 768000
    DefaultSendWindow = 128000
    DisableAddressSharing = 1
    InitialLargeBufferCount = 100
    InitialMediumBufferCount = 240
    InitialSmallBufferCount = 320
    LargeBufferSize = 81920
    MaxFastTransmit = 64000
    MediumBufferSize = 15040
    PriorityBoost = 0
    SmallBufferSize = 1280
    TransmitWorker = 32
    FastSendDatagramThreshold = 4096
    EnableFastRouteLookup = 1
    EnablePMTUDiscovery = 1
    IgnorePushBitsOnReceive = 0
    GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize = 256960
    MaxFreeTcbs = 8000
    MaxHashTableSize = 16384
    MaxNormLookupMemory = 5000000
    SackOpts = 1
    SynAttackProtect = 1
    Tcp1323Opts = 1
    TcpLogLevel = 1
    TcpMaxDupAcks = 2
    TcpMaxHalfOpen = 100
    TcpMaxHalfRetried = 80
    TcpRecvSegmentSize = 1460
    TcpSendSegmentSize = 1460
    TcpTimedWaitDelay = 30
    TcpUseRFC1122UrgentPointer = 0
    TcpWindowSize = 256960
    MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server = 40
    MaxConnectionsPerServer = 20
    DefaultTTL = 64
    DisableUserTOSSetting = 0
    TcpMaxDataRetransmissions = 6
    DefaultTOSValue = 92

    Also make sure to set both NIC duplex modes to 100mb full duplex.

    1) Right Click on My Computer and choose propertes
    2) Click on the Hardware Tab
    3) Click Device Manager
    4) Click the Plus next to Network Adaptors
    5) Right Click your nic and choose properties
    6) Click on the Advanced tab in the box that pops up
    7) Highlight Media Type and change the value to what you wish

    Should be set to 100BaseTX Full_Duplex with a router
    10BaseT with Cable and no router

    Tip- To get to the system properties box faster press and hold the <WINDOWS> key and the <Pause Break> key at the same time

    In a few cases a nic may not work right set to 100TX Full_Duplex but if you switch it to that and it works fine then I would leave it

    If someone happens to have a nic that don't work set like that then the next best choice is auto detect....at least it is with a router
