<---Indiana, Oklahoma, Texas...right down tornado alley...

I've been thru several tornadoes here, most recently one a couple of months ago that we think was a funnel cloud that went over our house in the middle of the night...tore up the roof of one of our neighbors a street over (and we ended up with debris from it in our yard...

Actually saw a tornado a few years ago from about a mile away...I don't think I've ever had my adrenaline pumping as hard as then...

Had a rotating wall cloud go right over the barracks I lived in out at Tinker AFB about 7 years ago...

The house that I lived in in Moore, OK, was flattened by that F-5 monster tornado that hit Oklahoma city back in '99...fortunately, I had already moved from there...

About 20 years ago, I was living in a mobile home (aka tornado magnet) when we had a tornado pass within about 400 feet of us...shook the trailer like you wouldn't believe...& nowhere to go...

I've seen about 4 here, but, there have been more that didn't make it to where I was.

When I went to Little Rock, it was my lastnight there, I was sitting a the bar with a shot of crown and a beer(I had to say that), then pow all these sirens start raising hell and they start telling us to go to the 1st floor hallways. I was like WTF, can I take my beer and shot ??

We sat in the hall for about 30 min. and here that a tornado touched down a mile up the street.

    It was kinda cool.

    that's one of my stories.

Nope, but we did have a 4.5 earthquake here in Indiana a couple of months ago

Three days after leaving High Sierra Music Fest the building we were under for four days got taken out by a tornado, all right it may have been two over. It was still within one hundred yards of where we camped. We never get tornados in California, please don't site all the tornados in California. And yes I have been through two earthquakes at least that were over 6.0, they multiply exponentially in power and force for every point, maybe every tenth of a point, any way. What freaks me out is the house I live in now is built on a giant raised sand deposit, good for liquifaction, especially with all of our rain up here.
