    Need help with Blood Pressure

Anyone know how to check the blood pressure of someone?

My dad wants me to check it for him (he's feeling dizzy)

We have the equipment, we just don't know how to do it.
    Fdisk?
It only take me one beer to get drunk...just not sure if it's the ninth or tenth one

Thanks, I was able to figure it out.

Yup, my dad's pressure was high

    160/80

So I'm gonna be checking it daily for him for awhile

I know about high blood pressure way too well.

I am only 27 and have had high blood pressure for almost 2 years now.

Luckily I caught it in time, doctors cannot figure out what is causing it, it is neither diet or any other underlying cause.

They usually call high blood pressure the silent killer, First time I found out I had high blood pressure, mine read 150/110, and the bottom number was always between 110-115.

That is very high, specifically the second number. Since then I have been on medicine and been able to control it, unfortuantely it looks like I have to be on it the rest of my life. But it is a good thing I found out about it early on.

I usually just go to my local supermarket to take my blood pressure this way I dont have to have someone else do it, who is not sure how to exactly.
