Thread: Blebs Operation Update!

    Exclamation Blebs Operation outcome...

    Has been deemed sucessful by his surgeons... I have just finished talking with his wife...

    They removed the cyst is his heart, repaired the hernia, and unfortunately found and removed more "blebs" from his left lung...

    They feel that this operation has been the maximum that he could take at the moment and may need to eventually remove his Left lung at a later date...

    The next 24 hours is very critical... Our thoughts and prayers will remain with him and his family...

    His wife will get to see him for 5 minutes later this afternoon, althought he will not know this and will remain totally sedated for the next 24 hours...

    Although i never really got to know blebs that well, or at all for that matter, its good to hear things were deemed successful.

    As a fellow sg-er i wish blebs the best in health and hapiness for many years to come...

    Great news to hear the surgery was a success!! Good to hear he's on the road to recovery.
