    Talking wireless network

What is the difference between a USB flash drive and a wireless network adapter. Do I need both to set up a wireless network.

A USB flash drive is a file storage device. This device is commonly used to transfer files from one machine to another using the USB port. This is very handy especially when you have mobile computers.

A wireless network adapter on the other hand is used as a network interface for computers to enable you to connect to a wireless network.

You definitely need a wireless network adapter in order to connect to a wireless network. You don't need the USB flash drive to setup a wireless network.

There exists however, a wireless network adapter which you can plug in USB ports. Were you referring to this?
