    Question Virtual memory change question

I was going to manually set my virtual memory to 384 min. and max. as suggested on speedguide (double my RAM), but I got the message that I may not be able to reboot, or it would affect my computer's performance. Is this just a generic message that I can ignore? Thanks for any help.

Try it both ways and see what best for you, if it wont boot, boot into safe mode and change
