Well, you probably have way too much junk running in the background, since I see you've installed all that Creative SoundBlaster software, Winamp Agent, etc. I'm not sure if XP Home has this, but click Start, click Run, and type "msconfig" (no quotes). Then click the Startup tab and see what all is loading when Windows starts. Post what you see.

It's an Intel 845 chipset board. The chipset you want is the 845D, which means it supports DDR memory. The one you have only supports the older and slower PC-133 SDRAM memory.
